Definitions - Platform refers to Scrollop marketplace. - User refers to any visitor, customer, or registered account holder. - Vendor/Seller refers to individuals or businesses selling products through the Platform. - Customer/Buyer refers to users purchasing products. - Scroll Points refers to reward points issued by Scrollop under its Buy-to-Earn program. 2. Marketplace Nature Scrollop operates as an online marketplace connecting Buyers and independent Vendors. - Scrollop is not the manufacturer or owner of listed products unless explicitly stated. - Product listings, pricing, warranties, and descriptions are provided by Vendors. - The contract of sale exists between Buyer and Vendor. Scrollop acts only as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions. 3. Eligibility To use the Platform, you must: - Be at least 12 years old, or - Use the Platform under supervision of a legal guardian. - Provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false information. 4. User Accounts Users agree to: - Maintain confidentiality of login credentials. - Accept responsibility for activities under their account. - Immediately notify us of unauthorized access. Scrollop may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations. 5. Vendor Participation Vendors selling on Scrollop must: - Complete KYC verification. - Provide valid GSTIN (if applicable). - Upload genuine and lawful products. - Comply with Indian tax and consumer laws. - Fulfill orders responsibly. Scrollop reserves the right to remove listings or suspend vendors violating policies. 6. Pricing & Payments All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees). Payments are securely processed through Razorpay or authorized payment partners. We implement 100% secure payment processing using encrypted payment gateways. Scrollop may charge: - Category-based commission, or - Direct vendor commission percentage. Commission structures may change with prior notice. 7. Scroll Points (Buy-to-Earn Program) Scrollop offers a reward system called Scroll Points. 7.1 Earning - Users receive 1.5% Scroll Points on eligible purchases. - Maximum earning per order: 200 Scroll Points. 7.2 Redemption - Minimum redemption: 50 Scroll Points. - Maximum redemption per order: 200 Scroll Points. - Scroll Points have no cash value. - Scrollop may modify or discontinue the reward system anytime. Fraudulent earning or misuse may result in account suspension. 8. Orders & Acceptance Orders placed on Scrollop are subject to: - Marketplace acceptance - Product availability - Payment confirmation Scrollop reserves the right to cancel orders due to: - Pricing errors - Fraud suspicion - Policy violations 9. Shipping Responsibility Scrollop operates under a Hybrid Shipping Model: - Vendors may manage shipping directly, or - Platform-supported logistics may be used. Delivery timelines depend on vendor operations and logistics partners. 10. Returns & Replacements Customers may request returns or replacements: - Within 7 days, or - As defined on individual product pages. Eligibility depends on product category and vendor policy. Prohibited Activities Users and Vendors shall not: - Sell counterfeit or illegal goods. - Misrepresent products. - Attempt payment fraud. - Abuse reward systems. - Upload harmful or misleading content. Violations may lead to permanent account termination. 12. Intellectual Property All Platform content including: - Logo - Branding - Design - Software - Content is owned by Frontmart unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 13. Limitation of Liability Scrollop shall not be liable for: - Product defects caused by vendors. - Delivery delays by logistics partners. - Vendor misconduct. - Indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value paid by the customer. 14. Account Suspension & Termination Scrollop may suspend or terminate accounts for: - Fraudulent activity - Policy violations - Abuse of Scroll Points - Legal compliance requirements 15. Privacy Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy describing how personal information is collected and used. 16.
